Book an Acupuncture Appointment

NEW PATIENTS:

We require a 50% deposit (applied to your first visit) to hold a new patient appointment. This payment must be made via our online booking system within 24 hours of your appointment request in order to secure your appointment. When booking online, it will ask you for a card to be placed on file.

Please keep in mind, if you do not show for your appointment, you will not be refunded for the deposit.

We utilizes a paperless health intake form which is sent upon acceptance of appointments scheduled via our online system. New patients who do not complete their intake forms 72 hours prior to their visit are at risk of having their appointment cancelled. We will always call and/or text you to notify of the cancellation.

EXISTING PATIENTS:

Existing patients that have not been seen in over 6 months: Please book a Re-evaluation appointment. The cost of this visit is $160 and includes more time with your Practitioner and an acupuncture treatment.
